AlignMeant was founded by Molly McIntyre Fitch, SPHR, CPC.

Molly brings more than twenty years of experience in the human resources and organizational development arena. She has held senior HR and management positions at a variety of different sized organizations, from software to health care. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Washington, and has achieved certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She is also a Certified Professional Coach from the Hudson Institute.

Molly's passion and expertise is in inspiring individuals and teams to achieve their personal best. She has extensive experience in aligning talent with organizational goals and strategy. She is instrumental in coaching executive leadership -- ensuring that their corporate values and objectives are aligned with the structure and processes they adopt.

She brings passion to many areas of her life, as evidence in her work as a board member of the Professional Ski Instructors of America.

Adaptable by nature, AlignMeant has worked with a wide cross-section of industries: high-tech, aerospace, real estate, health care, architecture, academia and finance.
