An individual's and an organization's goals are often viewed seperately, but in reality they are not mutually exclusive. An employee's goal of growing and developing their unique talents offers a corporation the opportunity to develop strength from within.
AlignMeant has worked with teams that don't understand their organization's goals and direction. We have worked with employees that feel withered and wasted, inherently underutilized. Alternately, we have seen that an employee who works with passion brings an energy to the workplace.
AlignMeant uses a system of measurable tools to efficiently guide an employee, team or corporation. One of our tools is the Individual Development Process ("IDP"), a framework used to identify and grow an individual's strengths. We launch the IDP with the use of the Thomas Indicator Profile, a comprehensive evaluation tool that quantifies an individual's core thinking process. Then with an eye toward the corporation's legacy human resources systems, strategic business requirements on the horizon and short term challenges, AlignMeant empowers the individual to take charge of their professional growth.
Towards that end, AlignMeant has created a cross between professional coaching and traditional human resource performance systems: aligning personal talent, intrinsic motivation and self-responsibility on one side with the corporation's daily work requirements, prioritization of goals and the need for increasing productivity on the other.
